What is it?
The CharmHealth platform is what we use for our Electronic Health Record (EHR).
It is a central hub for us to track your progress and communicate in between appointments.
It enhances the care you receive, facilitates communication with our clinic, and helps you keep track of appointments, medications, payments and other parts of your treatment plan.

Getting started
After your first appointment, you will be emailed an invite from CharmHealth to set up your patient profile or ask your provider about enrollment at your next visit.
